To request a provisional, please state that you are requesting to use a provisional and which track you are requesting it for. Remember, you get 2 provisionals per series and points are awarded in the order the requests were made.

With finals week starting tomorrow I am unsure as to whether or not I can race on the double header Tuesday Dec. 14th. The races are at Daytona and Talladega. I hope I can make it, but I am requesting a provisional in the event that I am a no show.
