What are the rules regarding the aprons at ORP? Can we have all 4 tires on them?

ORP is a special case which I wanted to address. At ORP, you will be allowed to use as much of the apron as you want, just be cautious with the cars pitting as they will also be using the apron. The main reason for the difference in the rule for ORP is just the fact that the preferred racing line is partially on the apron and everyone would be getting penalized if we said to stay off of it.
