 Race Details: -G2 2011 Cup Mod - OPEN SETUPS-All-Star_SP will be the track. -Open qualifier will be 25 laps, 3x wear, open qualifying. Top finishers will transfer into the All-Star Showdown -All previous NASR Champions and any driver with 2 or more NASR wins is guaranteed a starting spot in the Showdown if signed up by the deadline. (Any guaranteed driver signing up after the deadline will have to race their way in through the Open) -The All-Star Showdown will be 3 segments, 3x wear, open qualifying for the first 2 segments, with eliminations after the first 2 segments. - CUSTOM PAINTS ARE ENCOURAGED but not necessary -Winner of the final segment will receive a prize to be announced in the next few days. Further details will be posted in this thread and any questions can be posted here as well. Also a side note, when uploading your tex file, they will have to be zipped (zip or rar will be fine) before they can be uploaded since this board has a low file attachment size. Please upload your tex file to the thread you signed up in.

Just wondering. What amount is the "top finishers" to move on from the segments based on?and how many laps is the final segment?

Well know that after the deadline for those guaranteed a spot as it will be based off of that number. We have a number we're aiming for to start the actual Showdown. Full details will be posted soon covering all that.

Also, just noticed it does not state what the realism (assuming hardcore) and if the setups are open for the race or identical. Would be great to know that before tweaking my set  and if ID lets hope for a setup that aint a brick ;D |

Second line under Race Details clearly states (all caps, bolded and underlined) open setups. Realism will be hardcore.

FYI,
The All Star track installs itelf into the cotplatinum folder. It needs to be cut from that folder and placed into your run/track folder.

If anyone is having issues uploading your tex file to the forum, send me a pm and I'll help you get it uploaded. Remember, you will have to compress them (zip or rar are file) to get the size under our 1MB limit.
