When you click reply, the option is there up at the top. If that fails you can upload it somewhere and post a link. The tex will have to be zipped in some form since this forum has a size limit that's annoyingly small.

Thanks for pointing that out, being an admin I had the option to add an attachment. This is now fixed for everyone to be able to upload their files. Sorry about that guys.
